The book has a large variety of CR9+ creatures to use, but the lower CR levels feel pretty scarce and I constantly feel the need to homebrew creatures from the MM to fit guild flavor. This is one complaint in a book that otherwise solves one of the core issues with designing encounters in Ravnica, and that's not having enough flavorful enemies from the setting to include. Kind of a let down to have the big move of the book's big baddie feel impossible to find after spending $12, but Bolas is still perfectly serviceable with another lvl 9 spell like Weird, Time Stop, Psychic Scream, or duh just Power Word Kill. It doesn't seem to reference one of the author's other books either. It was tagged with PoR2, a tag that means nothing to me, DMsguild or google. Not sure why Bolas was given a custom flavorful lvl 9 spell that is not located in this book.
